Sharing that for the first time in my life I was able to hook my “peace fingers” around my big toes during the wide straddle stretch today! When I started M/BODY a year and a half ago I could barely make more than a ninety degree angle with my legs - what a difference this work has made. I feel SO much better in body, mind and spirit now. 🙂

Great no impact option. I don't have wrist weights so I used my 2 lb barbell weights for portions of the class.  Another more gentle class for the days I feel mellow but need to move.

Coming back to this and loving it all over again.  For anyone that plans their workouts around their monthly cycles, I find this is really good for the days before my period when I'm kind of blah and bloated.  Doesn't add stress, only calm gentle care. :)
