This one is great. Especially some of the floor and ab work at the end - it's like physical therapy for me. I am about to do it for the fourth or fifth time!

P.S. I decided to switch to barefoot shoes and ballet flats (for work) about 2 years ago. It has made a huge difference for me. I only wear cushioned shoes for long walks or hikes - zero drop or conventional. My daughter has narrow feet and loves the Merrell trail glove shoes for kids. I obviously could go on and on about this too! 😆
