Yes, Meena. I too was saddened by the Queen’s passing. She was a steady, wise presence whose work and sacrifice for the greater good were so honorable. As you said, she has earned her rest. I am glad she passed peacefully at her estate in Scotland, a beautiful place that she loved.

Hi Sowanny - I’m with you on the shift in work-home life balance this fall. I’ll be back to work Sept 12 after a few months off. It’s tricky for me to figure out how to fit all the things in. Glad for this theme of balance in September.

Hi Jessica! Thanks so much for asking these meaningful questions. You are really thoughtful. I only have time to post one response now. Maybe more later. A joy I have experienced is being able to walk my dog comfortably for the first time in her 9 years of life. We moved to a quieter area and she is no longer anxious outdoors. So I can walk her without risk of her pulling injuring my back. I love the relaxed times she and I share on walks now! Yay! (P.S. My husband walked her for all the years until now…)
