Same!! I used to "lift" and run. M/Body is a God sent. I'd love to get more weights involved (not that they aren't already, but Marnie... your arms are RIDICULOUS and I want mine back.

Also - Q&A: day to day food intake; amount of protein, fiber, etc. Shooting for NO processed food... easy fast egg, avacado, fats meals... any tips would be fab!

Hey All, Been struggling with possibly overdoing it. My body craves to move because if I sit still for too long, I cramp and hurt in my knees, hips, back and shoulders.. neck.. it goes on. So I do an M/Body workout just about every day. I switch it around based on how I'm feeling that day, but I wonder if I AM overdoing it because if I'm not moving, I'm in pain. Currently laying here RESTING with a heating pad on my back before I start rolling with an M/Body workout.

I'm coming back to the mat... this was the one I did. Shooo.. I have some work to do! This opened my hips FANTASTICALLY!!!!

This workout kept me "in the moment" the entire class.  Such a great meditative movement series... Marnie you kept me on my toes! Literally! LOL

LOVED THIS.  Added to favorites. I loved the movement on it. It helps reaching for those high shelves in the kitchen!
