Hi! I was reading through and noticed this and had to say that 30 Sweat 102 gives this vibe! I revisited recently and agreed with the comments about it being like an abbreviated sig. All the props too :)

Hi! I often find myself mixing and matching shorter classes and also taking parts of some classes (like closing ab series from a Sig) and adding them onto the end of shorter classes.

Would it be possible to create some short maybe 10min classes designed as focus add ons with no warm up stretches or cool downs (or maybe super brief?) i.e one for floor abs, arm, glutes, or legs? Maybe even a short basic warm up and a cool down one too like start your day and a relaxing stretch?

There are a few 10 min classes from 5yrs ago that I still return to for this and I’d love more of them :)

I absolutely love love all of the classes and appreciate the variety and evolution of the choreography over time. The curriculum is always fresh, but always consistent as well and full body oriented in holistic wellness. Thank you so much for all you do!

Such a great class!! Marnie absolutely nailed the presence theme. I loved the mix of bouncy sweat to start and firey sculpt focus with the ball. The new series with ball under knee at the barre was so flowy and wiggly, really requiring mental and physical engagement. And the playlist?!! Yesss.

Kendall Wetzel hi!! My workout twin (I remember us realizing this years ago after we kept commenting and loving the same classes, is this a real memory?!), it’s been too long!

Loved this! Power sculpts ground in the present like nothing else. The brain body connection needed to engage muscles, and stay safe and aware while lifting heavy weights, has such a calming effect. Then you feel so centered, strong, and powerful upon completion. Keep these classes coming; I feel I can speak for so many, we love them!

This was absolute bliss. I have not had an experience like this with a stretch class before, although goodness I’ve tried. The movements, the music, the cueing, and the words of support in the closing meditation; I didn’t know how much I needed it holistically. I very much relate to being challenged by slowing down and allowing calm smooth movements to be enough. Today I was able to and it felt so good.

One of my favorite themes (I love all the theme classes honestly). I do think we need another oldies class..

My, I’m trying to control myself, list:

Eternal Flame - The Bangles

New Order - Bizarre Love Triangle

Run Around - Blues Traveler

Faith - George Michael

Nothings Gonna Stop us - Starship

This is such a unique flowy P&P class! Please don’t let the title scare you. Marnie is an absolute master at weaving in supportive stretches and releases as well as demonstrating modifications. This one was almost all plank dances with very few pushups and some serious bicep burn (for me anyhow!). Loved the incorporation of side planks, baby bear planks (as I call them haha) and movements from up to down for forearms.

This class HITS. True full body with back to back challenges that are still a push 4 years later. So satisfying in all the ways.
