I loved the closing stretch variations with the barre, so good. I especially appreciated it for my thighs as this class ignited the entire upper leg muscles.

This class has been a favorite of mine for over 4yrs. And 4yrs later it’s still fun (playlist and Marnie’s energy deserve a shout out 🙌) and still challenges, and still surprises me with welcomed sequencing twists and moves. A forever fave for sure!

Marnie’s creativity has absolutely no bounds. Wow, once again such an amazing class! I loved the fluidity of the lunge variation dance and the new barre combos. Leaning into that feeling and embracing not only sweat and sculpt but stretch and mobility this month has been so good. Shout out for the brand new ab and glute series too, loved them!

What a unique posture class. It is a 10min stretch flow meets 15min sculpt with a focus. I found it very relaxing and engaging for brain and body. Those static lunge with arm lifts ignited my shoulders in a way I have never felt before and the use of the ball really brought in the smaller muscles. Thank you truly for the continued slow down and tune in challenge.

Wow. Marnie is so incredibly intentional and thorough with every single series that class flies by and feels like a full signature experience. The use of the ball during wide second has become my favorite way to engage and mindfully be present while distracting from the burning sensations. I’ve really had to work to embrace wide second work and this prop has helped me greatly. The new flow with the mini at the barre was an absolute favorite and use of it for abs was so effective. What. A. Class!!
