Came back to this one after being in a frustrating head space the first time I took it and had a completely different experience. Grounding, strengthening, and the new choreo engaged my brain into the present.

Fun and sassy, firey new barre moves, and some realness that I very much needed. Realness from the message masterfully woven throughout class to tune in; to do you; to not push for hardness and perfect execution all the time. I’ve done this class twice and cannot recommend revisiting classes in close timeframes together enough. If you do your brain has space to individualize the class because it’s not learning something brand new. Then you can really make it your own by pushing when you know you can, slowing down when you need to, and really embracing how you want and need to move. Marnie says it time and time again that her classes are designed to be repeated; they truly are and I love that about them.

Loved all of it. New choreo gets me like nothing else and the simple shift of posture and tilt for the static wide second series was fresh fire. It continues to awe me that you can create the way you do Marnie.

Spicy summer class! Fast moving choreo and quick changes between sequences that keep the brain engaged, energy high, and requires stamina up. This is a class where everything is worked and nothing is overworked, so satisfying and so sweaty!

Yes! I think it’s because we are taught to be so contained and well behaved and in a nice little box, and these classes let us just say FCK no; not now, and let loose. To just move and be free without judgement.

I appreciate a new fiery floor ab class so much, thank you! I’ve done 216 too many times to count. It always surprises me how much a simple elongated hold with the ball behind adds up to shakes and fire. Loved the new choreo with leg extensions and incorporatation of side work in this one.
