This class truly is a little bit of everything with some novel sequencing and fresh spins on classic moves. I loved revisiting it today as a random pick and focusing on form mastery and digging deeper. It’s also a celebration class for the end of a challenge, so there is extra joy and messages of pride and strength sprinkled in.

I’ve done this class a few times with the intention of seeking joy; freestyle dance along sing along joy without the barrage of harder faster stronger. It does get cold! We most often have snow in November through to April. Maine has 4 distinct seasons for sure (and summer is wayyy too short!)
