Hi Megan! There are gems in every meditation, no matter the class you do you can’t go wrong. Point and click, FF to the end and hit play. It will speak to you. No matter what it is or where you are at.

Today I randomly chose class 361 and mediation included series of box breaths and a focus on gratitude, unconditional acceptance, and curiosity. It allowed me to tune in and left me so calm 🤍

Marisol, oh friend 🤍 I can speak for each person here; we are honored that you are sharing this with us. Acknowledging your loss, voicing your reflections, giving words to the experience of navigating the minefield of grief and those waves that come out of nowhere.. It allows us to be with you in it, along side you, and also invites us to explore our own. Thank you for that. Sending so much love, and a reminder that you are strong, and so courageous.

Sweetest Ali, your beautiful soul shines through these words and the sentiments behind them. I am sending you so much love and wish I could sit with you and hear about the relationship you had with your father. Thank you for sharing that part of yourself with us. You are a light dear girl 🤍

Hi Meredith, I’m sorry to hear that! I pulled something about a month ago and thought it was my piriformis or hamstring. After 2 weeks I went to my sports injury chiropractor and he said it was a glute medius injury and gave me some stretches. His rule of thumb is give it a 10 days and if it’s not better schedule an appointment so it doesn’t get worse. Have you seen anyone yet? Where it’s been so long it may help to get it checked out and they can give you specific stretches and things to avoid so you heal.

The ending stretch Marnie does often to end classes has a gentle hamstring stretch that you can feel your way into by raising or lowering your torso or decreasing the distance your leg is forward, or using a strap. But if it hurts, and you know you have an injury your body likely needs a break from it (I’m not a doctor/professional, but an advocate for trusting your body and intuition always).

I echo Julia on this! A ball with some texture on it like a kickball or dodgeball. I googled on Amazon and found this. (I hope this doesn’t seem unsupportive to say. I will always support purchasing M/BODY products whenever possible as they are fabulous and keep the program going!)

Hi Leah! Marnie sent an email recently that I remembered had these details. Here you go!

This class brings it in allll the best ways. Such a fun cardio dance series, and those sets of snap jumps were SO fresh and invigorating. I loved the slight changes in sequencing and variations on classic moves and the new choreo with the ball..LOVE. Fire in the legs during barre series if you go as deep as Marnie cues, and your abs will be orangey hot before the TSwift bridge cooldown.
