Gosh it’s hard for me to slow down and go easy.. I appreciate the verbal support of this throughout class, and the embodiment of it you radiate Marnie.

Ballet infused warmups and cool downs draw me to want to slow down, making it a tiny bit easier due to the beauty and grace of the movements. The rest is where the work is at and where I need to continue to focus and reframe my relationship with movement, my body, and my harsh thinking patterns. With that being said, there are some fire 32 counts in this class that you WILL feel intensely in your quads, front and back. The sculpt is woven in with the balletic work.

I can see why it was tough to title this class! It is flowy to start before transitioning to standing coordination/balance moves that are somehow grounding despite being upright. The whole class is the opposite of frantic with that energy focus throughout. I loved the ending side plank series and appreciate the closing burn and push.

I absolutely loved this class! It is such a fantastic balance of ease and bounce with sculpt and fire, all woven in with novel sequencing. So good!!

Maryl yay!! It has that female empowerment vibe for sure. The first time I took it I commented that it was therapy. It really is. Enjoy 🤍

This is such a special class. Thank you Marnie for talking about grief, expressing it, and allowing it to be however it comes. It gives all of us permission to do the same, but also on a larger scale, gives us permission to tune into ourselves. To think, feel, and move how we need to best honor where we are at.

This class has been added it to my Joy playlist. Yes it honors grief, but parallels the experience of love and happiness. This class brought me to that level of tuning in and honoring of self that brings that light. The kind where you find yourself smiling because you have listened to the guidance of our wonderful Marnie compass and honored yourself xxoo
