Oh, I loved this, absolutely loved it. I had the fortunate experience of hearing the end chat and sweet supportive words for our community and myself before I took this class. It made all the difference in my perspective as I worked through the challenges of embracing heavier weights, the unknown of dynamic barre and core work with ankle weights, and being softer and gentler as I channeled a strength mindset. Class leaves you feeling calm with a sense of pride for growth and deep gratitude for Marnie and this community of ours.
