Happy Saturday! After a rough start to the year this past March I slowly started to prioritize myself with daily self care after putting everyoneโ€™s needs before my own for many many moons (8 years). I started with daily yoga, meditation, reading, and therapy. Now Iโ€™m ready to mix in something a bit more intense but that also speaks to my soul. Iโ€™m so excited to be back and I canโ€™t wait to feel inspired by Marnie and all of you here. ๐Ÿ’•
