I've been trying to find workouts that I can do early morning before work, and this one is amazing! It's quick and powerful but low impact for my early morning body that's not yet ready for lots of jumping! I'll have this one on repeat!

A great well rounded class!  Definitely got my blood pumping and flushed all of the stuck energy!  Thank you!

I loved the chair dance! I would totally do this while travelling when I don't have my barre, or just when I'm craving something fun. Love how the chair's shape allows different moves that you can't do on the barre. Thank you for your neverending creativity!!

I love this class for when I have a 5am workout before the kids wake up. Some jumps but mostly a mindful flow that keeps me from being distracted by my coffee haha!

I love 60s best! Find myself doing shorter ones during the work week but always try for a 60 when I can! Love the variety!
