Hi y'all!! Just a quick response to Marnie in the recent signature 45! I do miss the 60 minute signatures! I have them all favorited and do them over and over. Love the shorter classes too for busy days but 60s are so healing! Please keep them coming. Love everything you do!

Spent Thanksgiving eve in the ER with my elderly dad who has Alzheimer's and is now covid positive. He's ok, stabilized and back home. All this is to say I'm trying to cook a family meal today on just a few hours sleep! Just did the Cardio Dance and feel like me again!
Spouse made a fire this am, and left me to tend to it while he took the kids out to play. Craving a 60 (and so hard to get one in w kids around) so did the uplifting hits again today. A belated sweaty selfie! Xo
I've been a member since Aug 2020, and before that I did the pop sugar workouts a bazillion times. This is the fourth challenge I'm committing to! Before that I thought it would be too hard to align my workouts with the boards in my SAHP lifestyle with 3 kids.
I realized I was thinking about it too strictly! Now that I've given myself grace to do them the best that I can, I find the challenges motivating and encouraging! I just wake up, put on my workout clothes and know I'll be ready when there's a quiet(ish) moment.
So fun to see some of you in the Zoom today.
I'm going for at least 45 workouts this challenge!
