After doing planksgiving today, and having heard familiar names of the shout outs, I wanted to say a special hello to Steph (my Canadian girl), Lizymary, Faith, Brit...I remember our insta posts sharing our journeys when covid hit and we became insta pals. When i signed up again a few weeks ago, having had to take too long off, I chose to start with the 21 day program amd interspersed them with the up to date lives, and this one popped up for me today. The 50th online class ever. How amazing. I remember being there online for this one when it came out. Amazing to see the growth of the platform and the community. Thank you
