I'm coming back to mbody after being away for quite awhile. I've missed the community and the workouts.

Did this one today as day 1 of the 60 day as I went for a good hike in the snowy mountains today so the stretch, despite my not being very flexible, felt yummy. I'll do day 1 tomorrow. Make it your own.

Did this after work today. What a blast and tons of work for growth for me in this one. On my way to becoming more balanced, less burdened and more joyful. Happy New Year, fam!

Just did the 500 class this new years eve!!! Amazing. A tear jerker! And sweet Dani!!! Hard to cry during a workout, but here we are. I left a review too (but from Android) a few weeks ago but I love how that was celebrated too. Great class! So much happening but flowed beautifully. Loved hearing Marnie sing once in awhile!! Happy New Year fam from Calgary!!! See you all in 2026!

I did this on New Year's Eve 2025/2026. What a beautiful class for this time, but for always! What a tear jerker at the end and such joy seeing you both and the emotion that flowed when Dani was mentioned. Sending the best for you all in 2026 from Alberta!

Sweet Faith! I get such joy when I hear your name being called. How are you?? Happy holidays!

I have a question about pigeon pose. I have sciatica so my right side is always a bit grouchy but all this work is helping. My question about this pose is I notice that the front leg is supposed to be somewhat perpendicular to the body and a flexed foot. I can't seem to get my leg like that while keeping my back leg behind me. If I get the front leg position correct, then my back leg sort of leans back onto the floor on the side. This is tough to explain...haha. I assume this is because I am currently lacking some flexibility in the hip and lower back areas, so is there a safe way to modify to slowly be able to master the position over time? A puzzle; not a problem. Any input would be fantastic!! Thanks, fam!
