Went back to a favorite today! What a hip opener! I swear the universe led me to the class. It’s really cool. I had to work out early this Saturday and this was so perfect. Even the meditation was a great reminder as I head into spring break to step off the hamster wheel. Marnie is amazing!🤩

This is an old favorite that I had not done in a while. Used 3 lb today, going to try 5 lb next time so making this note!
