Such a great challenge! Completing this felt so good. Most lives I missed but I came back and did them and so grateful for the lives I attended! I needed this. Crushing goal feels good 🥰💪🏽

Finished this one as part of the 2026 challenge. Wow! I need to do more of the healing hips classes. I felt a pop on one side 😳. The down dog on the tops of the foot started cramping my toes so I had to switch to traditional down dog. The down side of being in my 50s 😩 things pop and cramp and “give out” on me more and more!

SAME Nicole! My brain on the first song “nothing beats a Jet2 holiday!” I never get back to these oldies but the old adage is true “oldie but goodie”. Loved this. So grateful for these challenges and how much thought is put into them. Carefully curated by our Marnie 💞
