Finished this one as part of the 2026 challenge. Wow! I need to do more of the healing hips classes. I felt a pop on one side 😳. The down dog on the tops of the foot started cramping my toes so I had to switch to traditional down dog. The down side of being in my 50s 😩 things pop and cramp and “give out” on me more and more!
