I can’t believe it’s day 52! Workout 52 was great. I have never made it this far in a M/BODY challenge and I am so excited!

I am letting go of comparing myself to others. If I don’t get that promotion but someone else does - good for them!

I thought long and hard about this one because promotions were just announced in my department and two people received promotions. I wasn’t one of them and it has been weighing on me heavily. I really need to let it go!
