30 mins work best for during the week. The 20 min and 45 min I seem to go to less. On the weekend I choose the 60 mins!

After 3 months off, I’m back into my wellness! I started about 2 weeks ago and cannot wait to kick off 2023 with Marnie and Drew. From San Diego, let’s do this fam!

As always, just what I needed! I fell off the workout wagon and did weight training yesterday. My whole body hurts and I needed a flow to stretch and recover. This was amazing!

More country! This class was awesome! I needed a good sweat, I have been remiss in working out and taking time for myself. Thank you Marnie for a great class once again.

I can’t believe it’s day 52! Workout 52 was great. I have never made it this far in a M/BODY challenge and I am so excited!
