I’m really leaning into the idea of this being a guide, and less of a rigid structure.. (it’s only taken 8 or however many challenges we’ve done to finally stop thinking about this in such a binary way 🙌🏻😂). I’m aiming for 45, and so far have surprised myself with how much I’ve gotten accomplished with this less anxious approach to challenge. I hope everyone is making this truly work for them 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Fantastic how this movement helps and doesn’t hurt these atomical features 🙌🏻 Always felt less than with other methods.. that they weren’t accessible to me. Solitary sister 🫶🏻
