I was just saying to a friend today, that we have structure in our life, but it’s so nice to add “fun structure” if that makes any sense. Loving having these dudes around🐕🐕

Mary-Ellen! You brave soul… not brave to show this beautiful belly, just so I’m being clear. But brave to go into this with love, trusting that we all can relate and show you love no matter what your belly looks like. I have a belly too, always have, no matter how lean I get. It’s normal, you are human, and 100% of you is welcome and accepted here ❤️❤️❤️
Sincerely hope you have now gone down the incredible musical magical rabbit hole that is this artist. Danielle Ponder is amazing 🤩

Two years ago when my sweet girl Ginger passed, you all were so kind, and it meant the world to me. The last month or so, after adjusting to our move, and getting used to having acerage, we decided it was time to have dogs again. Excited to announce these 3 month old brothers, new members of our fam, and the global fur fam- Sal and Finn! Austrian Cattle Dogs, and such a good fit for our family ❤️🐕❤️

“Always wanting to feel good is not balance. Wanting to be seen as perfect is not real. Hiding the truth is not healthy.” Thank you for these beautiful words! ❤️🙌🏻❤️

Gosh what a beautiful post. Something I return to in life right now is the very sacred idea of Balance. The idea that for love to exist we must have hate, for light to exist we must have dark, up for down, wrong for right, etc.. and I feel like you really touch on this here.. the bad things give us a necessary point of reference for the good. Thanks so much for sharing your own light 🥰

This is the hardest question.. but I'll try! I adore the Pride Sweat Live 106. It reaches across communities and sends the most loving and powerful message of empowerment. I also love Halloween Sweat 137 for that incredible lioness talk at the end.

This is such a favorite. I love the fancy footwork with the hip circle combo midway through the class, and the music is fire. A very good class to return to when I'm feeling anxious energy and don't know what to do with it.
