Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

Nirit Gordon pick as many days as you think you can do. I think often when we hear “challenge” we get into the all or nothing mindset (speaking for myself, and not wanting to presume anything about you here!). The challenge of an mbody challenge lies more in the grey or nuances of listening to our bodies. Our challenge is to find space and clarity to listen to ourselves, rather than x amount of workouts being the sole goal. Sure, that can be a part, but ultimately the challenge part is deeper than that. It’s listening week to week, it’s challenging yourself to do more if you feel you can, it’s challenging yourself to do less if that’s what you need. Basically the challenge is ultimately one of agency, and discovering how to listen to unlock our capacity to do what is needed from moment to moment. I hope I’m making sense and not going too abstract here!

In this! I’m going for 60, and again, working through the mental conversations I have around listening and being ok with going slow when it’s needed. My mantra this challenge is “every part of the journey is important.” Loved that message this morning 💜

This truly kicked my tail. Generally, I know why, but I'm not sure with this class.. Maybe it was because of the weighted functional work, and maybe it means I need to lean in to this more. This is turning into a diary entry, but a heads up for anyone who wants weighted functional training. Do this class!

A no equipment Christmas Eve feels appropriate as a shedding workout, but I'll be happy with anything!

Don't be fooled. The slippers and purple will ignite and encourage your inner warrior ballerina, regardless of if you did dance as a child or not. My new favorite.
