Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

I fourth the neck, shoulders, and back opener class. We have an m<20 for it that I go to often, but more of that is always helpful, especially as we start lifting heavier!

And, is there a routine we could do that helps make progress in strattle stretch and the splits? I’m curious if anyone else is struggling to make and interested in persuing more progress in opening the groin and hips with these stretches. That might be a bit too specific, but just a thought.

Second this 3000000%

Lindsey.. it's so interesting how we can all find ourselves on the same journey despite different circumstances. Grateful for you sharing this and I second the toast. Keep listening, keep showing up, keep being you, sweet friend.

All the love to you Caroline!

Appreciate a more restful approach. It reminds me of the Bruce Lee quote "You do not find inner peace. You choose it.."

Oh man, this is a tough one. I have chronic knee discomfort due to knock knees, and I will say that this work does help heal and strengthen. The best guess I have is any of the floor abs, where you are strengthening your core, which includes your hips, without added weight on the knee or standing. Following your own idea where you might strengthen that hip flexor as an experiment, since that seems like a safe place to start!

This class was a surprising challenge but a remarkable full body connection. Excellent for on the go, when you need a moment to check in and turn inward. Another deep favorite. Thank you so much Marnie & Shannon

I agree so much! Last year I started working through the catalog from the very beginning (still am, so many great videos, and I’m in the 100s now). Now I have a record instead of having to double check on what I’ve done! It’s awesome!!

SO UNFAIR to choose between Power Sculpt and Posture! 😂 As hard as it is, my vote is Posture.

I really did feel the balance. Kept thinking in the stretch that this class felt so... in sync. Loved the novelty of the playlist, loved the deeper bone density building focus. Also managed this one with 5lbs, because I wasn't sure on which weights we grabbed. And, I'll be darned if I didn't make it completely through the entire thing with those heavy weights. A bit unbelievable! ALSO, those open hand push ups were timely, happened to see a video about this form on the exact day I did this. Fun stuff! Thanks Marnie!! (and Shannon!)
