This truly kicked my tail. Generally, I know why, but I'm not sure with this class.. Maybe it was because of the weighted functional work, and maybe it means I need to lean in to this more. This is turning into a diary entry, but a heads up for anyone who wants weighted functional training. Do this class!

My wrap right now isn’t a class as much as it is a signature. I’m hooked on 60s right now and make the time for at least one a week. Honestly doesn’t feel like me talking because I never thought I’d even enjoy that hard of work for that long, but here I am 😂🤠
