I’m really leaning into the idea of this being a guide, and less of a rigid structure.. (it’s only taken 8 or however many challenges we’ve done to finally stop thinking about this in such a binary way 🙌🏻😂). I’m aiming for 45, and so far have surprised myself with how much I’ve gotten accomplished with this less anxious approach to challenge. I hope everyone is making this truly work for them 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

My current ones are: That’s Not My Name, by the Ting Tings, and Girlfriend (featuring Lil Mama) by Avirl Lavigne (this is a remix and it’s the flipping best version of that song I have EVER heard). I’ll irrupt into spontaneous dancing regardless of circumstances 🙌🏻❤️ love this question!! Also, your song is killer. Haven’t heard it in a long time, and now I need an 80s playlist!

This was HARD.. you know it's hard when Marnie says "OH." BUT when you need to work shit out and want encouragement and challenge, this 45 min is golden. I couldn't make the live, but got a surprise shoutout too (even if it was another Amanda I so appreciated it).. LOVE this one.
