Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

This one is the absolute best for building upper body strength, which I need. I feel like if you struggle with planks and push ups, this class is a supplemental routine that helps build strength without relying too heavily on those moves (though they are there!). Do this when you need upper body focus and only have 30min! SO good.

Coming back to correct myself from an earlier comment about day, not time. I just did a class this morning where Marnie said Sundays are her only day off, and I’m retracting my request because that girl works harrrd!!!! And I AM NOT about to request her work that day 💕😊🙌🏻🤣

Keeping both at 10am is great for me. A a swap from Saturday to Sunday would be fantastic, but I know that’s not what you asked 😉😉

When you need a longer firey, heart pumping rush, this one is your best best choice. Love this.

Hi Daniela! Lovely to see you!!

My suggestion is not really for a class as much as for each class. I would love to have more breath work incorporated into the stretches (the breathe in four counts, hold it, breath out). This was a common thing in some of the earlier ones, and I adore this practice!!

Ok- months after this came out I’m finally doing it. I have to say, as a person with knocked knees, this one was challenging for alignment. It’s difficult to feel connected when your points of connection are misaligned anatomically (and really nothing can be done about that).. BUT, that’s not where this comment ends 🙌🏻 The fact is, this work is so accessible. Each time I do it, I continue to chip away at those things that feel impossible. Yes, building strength is taking me longer than my inner critic wants(going on year 3 with M/Body), but getting through these lunges and planks, when I once couldn’t do them, is proof. And that dynamic stretch at the end felt so good on my hips (which deal with not great alignment daily, due to my knees)… a keeper, such a keeper. Thank you Marnie 🫶🏻

Same! I’m a “32 oz of lemon water in the morning girl” now, and I don’t think I’ll ever go back!
