I love the 20 and 30s because they’re always so unique! I really loved how they’re focused on soemthing like arms/abs, inner thigh, etc! I love to mix and match!

When you follow the curriculum week to week, Marnie just always provides you with what you need! I was craving a class like this and didn’t even know it.

This is a really unique Barre Burn, because it has a lot of really healing movements and many of them are positions we don’t do often so I didn’t even realize how badly my body was craving some of the alignments. I really loved the wide second arabesque series because it worked a unique spot in my hips, and the weight series opened up my back and chest!

If you’re in need of a little burn and a lot of healing movement, hit play on this one!

Also loved the lymphatic tutorial at the end of class, thank you for explaining it in such an easy to follow way!

I agree with Cathy! Doing multiple core focused classes each week has made my low back pain almost disappear!! The floor classes are my favorite! Just be really mindful of when your back starts feeling twingy and adjust so you’re using your core not your back! Noticing this in my body has made all the difference in my core strength and back pain! Also being mindful of my posture off the mat has really helped, I’m really bad about swaying my low back, being mindful and trying to keep my spine more aligned keeps from the pain settling back there!

No impact but all the sweat! My heart rate was still up from all the kicks in this class! I also loved the unique cardio dance sequence at the beginning!

The talk at the end about the different balls was great, I recently got the mini ball and it’s made all the difference for me. I couldn’t put my feet on the traditional ball at all, but after using the mini ball for a few months I just tried the traditional ball under my feet and I was able to get on the ball and balance! The mini ball has been such a great tool to stretch and strengthen my feet. I also love the challenge of using it during floor glute work. Marnie mentions that it can be very therapeutic if the micro ball is too intense, I accidentally stumbled into finding this out when I was using it under my hips one day. All that to say, if you’re on the fence about getting the mini ball, do it! It’s such a great tool and has become a staple in my workout tools!

So proud of your growth Kristin, going with the flow can be so hard- especially for us planners!! I know the trip will be even more special now that you have extra time to plan and prepare!

Sending you lots of love, Marisol! I’m so proud of you for being open, honest, and vulnerable! We live in such an “It’s all good, that doesn’t bother me!” world, I so admire your ability to be honest in how you feel! Just speaking your truth is so healing!

Does anyone else get excited when Marnie says “Let’s grapevine!”?! Such a fun cardio dance, each song dance is unique and flows so well!

So proud of you Beata!!! I think it’s one of the best accomplishments when we not only hear what our body needs but follow through on it, especially when we have the tendency to push through! This was also the first challenge for me where I let go of the idea of doing it all! As I started to get a run down feeling I reminded myself that this is about sustainability, health, and like you said having FUN moving our bodies! I also couldn’t agree more with the fact that so many of these wellness activities are little gifts that I do in my everyday life now! So many wonderful habits have come from M/body!

I loved doing the challenge in the summer! 🥰My goal was 60/60 workouts, but I’ve had lower energy this past week so I respected and listened to my body and took some extra rest days and opted for some shorter classes so I’m coming in at 58/60! Congrats to everyone who worked towards their goals this summer!!! I can’t wait to go back to some of these new classes!! Last Saturday’s Detox sweat was one of my favs!!!

This is such a great detox class! It wasn’t super high impact but had lots of options for bouncing. I loved all the twisting moves and intentional movements to help detox the lymphatic system. I felt so strong and full of energy by the end of class!
