I love this 60 minute class so much! I did is so many times in the early days of M/body online, I know some of Marnie’s cues by heart! This is a classic 60 minute class with a really unique glute work on the floor series!

This is one of my favorite 30 minute classes! The moves are very balletic! I love that this class is firey and stretchy. It feels very empowering for the inner thighs while also stretching and healing them!

I decided to work my way back through all the lives in the catalog starting with the first one! This was an OG, perfect signature 60. Fun cardio dance, LOTS of hip circles - my absolute favorite, a long weights series, glutes at the bar - another one of my favs, and a firey plank series! Perfection!

This is such a fun, classic signature 60!! The playlist was perfection and kept the energy high all through class! I loved the unique weight series and the barre work! It felt extra healing for the hips!

This was such a fun class!!! If you are feeling anxious and just want to get out of your own head, this is the class for you! The combos involve a lots of foucs and tons of dynamic moves! I loved the longer combos so you could really get into the dance!

This class went straight to the favorites list!! It has a very balletic feel to it, so if you love those classes and wide second, you’re going to love this one! The wide second dance sequence is one of my favorite combos we’ve done, I can’t wait to do it again!! I also loved the moving bridge dance at the end -it brought the burn to a whole new level!

This is a fast and fun one!!! The cardio dance at the beginning was really fun and free and included some grape vine action - that’s always good time! The plank series towards the end was challenging and a great way to build endurance in your plank since it was broken up with elongated downward dogs! I loved all the focus on joy in this class too!
