Loveeeeeed this slow burn standing class!!!! Anything back focused feels SO good right now! Also loved the meditation at the end to take things moment by moment! At 10 months postpartum I am still verrrrry slowly building my strength and stamina back up and I've definitely felt easily discouraged sometimes but the reminder to just take it one moment at a time was exactly what I needed!

Wow!!! This is without a doubt my favorite class ever! And that’s coming from someone who joined the platform the day it went up 6 years ago! It was such a beautiful mix of strength and stretch and so grounding being on the floor!!
This is also the first 45 minute class I’ve done since being postpartum! At 10 months postpartum I’ve been doing M/body since my 6 week clear but have really focused on slowly building back up my strength and this was the absolute perfect first longer class to come back to! Thank you for sharing your beautiful gift with the world, Marnie! Your workouts are truly medicine for the mind, body, and soul!
