Loved this class!!!! The side lying series are a favorite for me and somehow this is the 3rd class in a row I’ve picked with them!!

Abs and arms classes are a favorite of mine but this one is so unique and honestly one of my favorite!!! Loved the all floor flow and the side lying series to activate the arms and abs in a unique way!! Then loved ending with some traditional favorite moves!! A new favorite for sure!

Wow I LOVED this class!! I’m 5 months post partum and have been slowly building back up my core strength and I’ve actually been avoiding this class because I thought it would be too straining on my core, but this class was like rehab for it!! It felt so healing and strengthening, definitely one of the more gentle core classes that focused more on feeling the different parts of your core rather than being super intense! I’ll be favoriting this class to come back to a lot to help me build up my strength! I also loveeeeeed the meditation at the end, such a special time to connect to a part of our bodies that do so much for us but we’re often so hard on!

Thank you so much Monique!!!! Your words are so beautiful!!! I think about you saying the mat is here even if it’s interrupted or not done to completion almost ever day! It feels so good to step onto the mat even for just a few minutes and I’ve been giving myself tons of grace even if I can’t finish the whole workout if baby boy needs me!

Love these power sculpt classes SO much!!!! This was one of my favorite power sculpts so far! I loved the variation on the core work at the end instead of doing crunches because I was able to do the core work while 27 weeks pregnant, I just modified with lighter weights! Such a fun class!!!

I feel you Erin! So glad that you’re feeling better and back on the mat!

I’m 25 weeks right now and I didn’t do any movement in the 1st trimester because I felt so sick! Started feeling better in the 2nd trimester and M/body has been feeling so good!

I also love the Pregnancy filter on the app! I started a playlist as well and have added a few classes that felt really good! I need to keep on adding! Also the healing hips class did have some work on the stomach that I skipped but the class just felt too good not to favorite!
