Love all of these suggestions! I would love either and hour long or 45 minute blue light full body stretch class! Maybe a 45 minute stretch and a long meditation at the end! š„° I would also love a 20 or 30 minute stretch class that focused on shoulders/heart opening and posture! As far as length I always love the 60 signature but love the 30/20 minute classes that are focused (like arms, booty, posture) so I can mix and match them!
