This class was low impact but had SO much burn! My heart rate was up most of the class! Lots of work for the triceps and slow burn for the legs! This was the first time I played around with paper plates as sliders and they worked great!!!

Mine too!!! I try to get out in the sun daily! It makes such a difference in my mood!
