This class really gets all of your parts in a very nice way. A perfect class after a walk.

Just a reply to my past self, and to future comments readers, that I was able to flow with some moves in this class that had challenged me before and it feels good. Inches not miles.

I'm going on line to find wrist weights right now 😆 ( NOT that they are necessary, I just want to amp up my own wrist/arm strength). xo

How fun was this class?! Haven't had a leg shake in a minute 🦵! Adding to favorites. Goals: the whole class on the ball and on relevé (my calves were like 'not today jg' - Can I blame the heat? lol) I love it. xo
