Catching up on the <60s I missed last year (😆). This one after yesterday's XXX challenged me in a really good, totally different way, my hip moves were more enhanced though lol! I loved watching this knowing that Miss Twiggy is happy and settled into her forever home (per a recent (xmas?) class. xo

Did a little turn on each hip after class with the micro ball. It is such a good exercise in patience to let your body relax into it and it feel so good afterwards. xo
