Loved revisiting this class for the Rise & Align challenge. Needed to do a lot of the up and down work at my own pace, as suggested by Marnie throughout class. It's a winner!

I've been saying this a lot lately: Fun new moves! Micro moves in some cases. Very enjoyable, especially the arm dance work (Monique described it perfectly!) on the knees. Felt really good. Thank you M. Katelyn, thank you and kick ass out there. xo

Wow! Meet Sartorius, Gracillis and Obturator Muscle groups! We use them in the practice every day and this m<20 focuses on them in new ways that were amazing. I was a little hesitant.. 'my leg can't do that' I thought.. and I tried and I did and it was amazing. Also the move towards the end of being in wide second and moving our outside foot forward an inch and back an inch was such a great lesson in fun concentration. Enjoy this one g/fam! xo

I'd forgotten how much I liked this one especially the plank combo around the 22 minute mark. Slay! I will feel the low booty work tomorrow I reckon. Thank you!

This was so perfect today - my shoulders have been a little tight and this really helped me open them up and also stretch everything else after a walk. xo

Jenny Groener 2026 update: Ball between chest & leg success on my left side today! Such a joyful class!

Wonderful! This class felt really good - It's all in the name: Sweat + Stretch. Modified some of the jumping with dancing to keep up the cardio 😅. Some excellent plank work - Marnie helps keep your thoughts grounded - really really solid. The Primitive Radio Gods song towards the end of class made my morning - 30 years old that song - totally holds up.xo

Being part of the G/Fam is a Palentines Day every day. What a great class and so many new combos! I didn't realize how sweaty I was until I stopped moving at the end 😆. Excellent. Thank you also for 'That's What Friends are For'. Haven't heard it in a minute - perfect. xo

I should have re-read this comment earlier! My arms did not fall off but I did rest them from time to time..Also had gliders this time and a towel! I'm so glad this was part of the 2026 Rise + Align challenge. I am so freakin grateful for the strength that I have built in my body and mind thanks to Marnie and M/Body and Barre Belle and this community. Have a good day/night out there G/Fam.
