I have been SO enjoying the new sequences and movements we have been doing in the last several classes. It's instilled a sense of play and somatic awareness that I think I can distract myself away from, at times, and I really appreciate my body and mind being worked in new ways! Go back to 27:34Â if you want to do the arabesque bend and lengthening that we missed on the second side, and don't forget to do the side stretch series at the barre too (during initial barre stretch)!Â
