I am SO into the way our power sculpt classes are (obviously) so strengthening AND so functional. I feel like we are doing these reps and exercises AS we are moving and making shapes with our bodies that aren't like other strength training programs I have done. It keeps my brain connected and strong and my WHOLE body in support of each movement. A bicep curl recruits the spinal muscles and the core etc. I know this is how it's supposed to be, but I just find Marnie's power sculpts revelatory. I am ready for more!! This is one fun and, as Marnie points out, super balanced.

Fun, joyful celebration of this incredibly community and all the incredible work Marnie and crew have done for us. Delightfully sweaty first third to first half of class mostly standing. Arm section is short in the beginning, but get ready for some push-ups later! Fun ab section incorporating the ball. Ending with lots of love and amazement at what these bodies can do :)

I am a HUGE fan of this class. So many moments of creative connection with our center that includes detox, strength and balance. I loved using the 5 lbs, but it was definitely a little wiggly going from all 4s to side leg lifts and back. I was intimidated going into this, but I really really enjoyed it and will come back!

KILLER PLAYLIST! Really fun ab series that has left me feeling it the next day. Classic signature moves that Marnie spins into something that feels new and challenging. Overall a class that is well-paced, joyful and familiar in a way that lets the body move with strength and freedom!

I loved this one! A detox sweat class without a ton of bounces or jumps and a different approach to cardio dance in the beginning. I, like my M/Body sisters below, was very into the punches and kicks incorporated. I also found the series down on the floor on our sides fierce and challenging. Felt like I was having a lot of fun while I was sweating, which is just one part of what makes this platform so incredible. Little joyful dance shake-off moment at the end too!
