Rolling through those little ligaments on the inside of the ankle was new and tender and also so satisfying! I really loved this. Almost like our own PT class

This is SUCH a delightful and well-rounded class. It is definitely not >60, but it is joyful and worth every single second! The music, Marnie and the moves are just so. much. fun. The floor series on our sides reminded me of The Firm tapes I used with my mom when I was a kid. Enjoy!

Whew! This was a very WARMING restore class. The plank moment at the end felt particularly spicy, in my body. I was a sweaty betty by the end! Sending a LOT of love to those affected by the storm ❤️

I was so delighted to feel so supported and held during this workout because when I showed up to it, I was feeling like working out was something I SHOULD do. By the end of this one, I was really happy I did it, and I was reminded how much more I am and how much more this work is than the pursuit of a "perfect body". Thank you!

That one kicked my butt! I knew I needed a little more arms and abs, but the first planksgiving seemed like a kicker. I was absolutely right, and I'm so glad I did it. I feel stronger than when I started, which feels significant!!
