I was putting this one off because I was worried it was going to be really intense, and instead, it was the perfect amount of being pushed and being held. The playlist, the moves, the pace-- all of it was fantastic and classic m/body. I felt strong, was reminded of how far I've come since I started this work (physically and mentally!) and enjoyed every moment!

Attack of the wiggles! This was challenging for the whole body. Lots of balancing and single-sided movement, which forced me to check in with how hard I was being on myself mentally. A reminder that this is joyful movement and an opportunity to learn something new! Why should I be perfect at it the first time (if ever!)?Â
