The movement was a bit quick for me with the brainwork involved but I know she mentions time and time again to go at your own speed so I did. “I am safe, I am well” is a simple yet beautiful reminder.

Can I be honest? I usually skip <60s because it’s a lot of higher impact and I crave more sculpt-y classes. This was was such a change and I’d love more like this! Not having the barre was also great to keep things different!

I stretched my body in several moves I never knew existed! Did this on a Sunday evening and my body is happily nurtured and ready to wind down for bed 🌝
