Perfect for early mornings or late in the evening when you don’t want to work up a sweat but crave a little stretch…🧘🏻‍♀️ The hand clasping near the end while having your head on the ground, sitting, felt so stiff and much needed!

I believe this was the hardest class I’ve done in a whileee! The ankle weights doubled with arm weights almost throughout the entire thing was a killer! What a flush 🌞

YESSS, 30-mins sculpts for the win! 💪🏻 My lower back especially felt so challenged with my almost 9 pounds (converted from kilos so it’s an odd number, I know). Please keep these coming regularly because heavy weights make me feel so strong and powerful and my body definitely feels it the following day. I absolutely enjoyed the movement shown in the thumbnail as it made me feel like a balancing act you might see on America’s Got Talent! 🤸🏻‍♀️

Congratulations to the challenge winners, too! I’ve yet to do one as I haven’t figured out how to do them in order to qualify as I can’t work out every day… Next time!

Knockout sessions brings me back to my Billy Boot Camp days (it was trending in Japan long ago!) when I first discovered a love of fitness ❤️‍🔥 All the arm movements reminded me of the health benefit conductors get which Marnie mentioned several classes ago. Whenever I punch, I try to do it with focus as if I’m punching something in real life to get the most for my heart health!
