That grounded work with one leg bent and the other lifted while keeping the ball in the air was so tough that I couldnโ€™t do it fully without falling and legs going jello! Need to return to this to challenge myself ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Gosh, I did this one after a two-weeks hiatus resulting from a neck/shoulder injury, and it was exactly what I needed ๐Ÿ’• Pure body-warming goodness of a stretch and burn.

Thankful for having found M/BODY online two years in ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿค The COVID years was dark but one of the beautiful things that happened was spaces like these x

This is definitely my favorite 20-mins class! I didnโ€™t even have the ankle weights but it was powerful. It is perfection for tight hips and lower back ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿป I like that my legs didnโ€™t have to go up even once on the โ€œbarreโ€ (my chair!) because mine is really angled and painful to my ankle ๐Ÿ˜‚

Note to self: must do for lower back pain and tense hips, when you donโ€™t want to jump around, get a solid arm workout, and feel AHMAZING afterwards ๐Ÿ˜
