Thank you for the tips, Marta! A nutritionist sounds so helpful. Iām not sure how to find a good one here in Japan though, there are so many different diets and methods out there that Iām not sure where to begin in terms of finding the right key words to look up⦠In the mean time, I shall look up Tom Herbert.

Emily Parker Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions! You and Lindsey have some similar suggestions that I should look into and implement. Iāve been trying to eat more protein, more often throughout the day.
Iām an adoptive momma so I donāt breastfeed, but I think all the moving around helping kids contributed to the weight lossā¦?! Lots of love back from Japan!

Lindsey Jordan Appreciate the suggestions, Iāll take a look. Right now Iāve been taking whey powder with a chocolate flavor. Seed cycling, thatās a new word for me!

Thanks so much for your input! I never run anymore due to that reason too šYou know what, Iāve stopped taking protein shakes lately after my workouts, so Iāll try taking it again. Can you point me to a good resource to what you suggested if you have any? Iāll start Googling too.

Okay, so Iāve started doing M/BODY more and noticed Iām losing weight⦠and Iām already a skinny gal and donāt want to get skinnier. (I grew up getting teased about being ātoo thin,ā so trust me, Iām not showing off š
). I try not to do high impact jumps and modify so I can build more muscles instead. I feel healthy and toned, and I donāt feel the need to eat more. I used to try to gain weight by eating more, but didnāt feel good doing it, although maybe I was doing it wrong. I used to do random workouts on YouTube to gain weight/muscles with heavier weights and low reps. Yet, I donāt ultimately enjoy lifting heavier weights so much and Marnieās workouts are so fun and I love how I feel afterwards so I solely do M/BODY right now. With that said, I am willing to do things differently to not lose any more weight. Do you have any suggestions?
Also, I would like to know any supplement suggestions for general health/beauty/strength/immune system. Donāt worry, I wonāt take your suggestions as medical advice! If thereās something that worked well for you, Iād love to hear it.
P.S. On an unrelated note, I had a dream last night that there is an IRL class happening in Japan and I was about to miss itā¦Ha! Probably all the talk about the IRL in America got me dreamināā¦
