Whoaaa, I used fuzzy socks but I loved this class so much that I want to get real gliders! It was a bit fussy taking the socks on and off, and I think the gliders will make it more challenging because you need to work at it not slipping off. If you’re a skinny gal like me, you might want an extra padded towel; my back bones were hurting on the hard floor. So creative, fun, and sweaty, and the gliding motions will make you feel like a superhero! 👩🏻🎤I’ve never used a Pilates reformer machine, but I was thinking the gliders have a similar effect…?!
