During our barre series in a 60 min signature Marnie brought up, "with challenge comes change."
Maybe it's not the challenge that one is afraid of but the change... challenge is logical, practical, and it makes sense. You can work towards it, build up to it, and practice it. But the change symbolizes something greater, it can be emotional...
Who am I on the other side of challenge? What does it look like? What does it feel like? How do I accomplish it? Is okay to not be the same if I meet that challenge? Will I be okay, is this type of change good, true, and respectful to my body? What would it mean? Because life has meaning, I mean something... my life has meaning.
Maybe I'll meet who I'm meant to become on the other side of challenge... A version of me that faces fear with grace...that recognizes the fear but chooses to not be afraid because truth and love guide the way.
I know my body can complete those last 4 sets of 8, but it challenges my mind & emotions to break old habits and accept the truth that I can do this with grace. Maybe that's the change we shall find when we meet a challenge we understand we are capable of.
Love Jessi G. ❤️

Hello dear family:
I was slightly absent for about a month of my M/Body Routine just because life it’s been busy. Between Baseball travel/rec, soccer rec/travel playoff, championship games, tryouts for the upcoming season in fall and dance for my two minis it’s been a rollercoaster!!!
On May I was ready to start again and my youngest got sick for a week, 4 days later this momma got sick (Mother’s Day weekend) 3 days later my oldest Antonella got sick the same week she had dress rehearsals and 2 recitals back to back the same day my youngest Nelson Antonio got a stomach bug virus that last for 4 days, my husband was out of town so I had to deal with everything that week. But I survived and last week was the last week of school so it was a crazy month. Oh boy it was hard, but I kept my cool and I am so proud of myself.
Instead of get angry about the situation I was grateful because we were able give them sports experiences and they are excelling and are outstanding players, grateful because my daughter loves dance as much as I am and I can see her grow in such beautiful art. Grateful because even though we were sick we were able to recover pretty soon and we didn’t ended up in the hospital.
Grateful because I have this amazing community, that I know I can count of them…I was absent in the chats this whole month (now you know why) but every night you guys are in my thoughts and a little prayer for you goes to heaven you all are so important to me.
I’ll celebrate my M/Body 3 year anniversary this month (spent two months doing Marnie YouTube’s videos before my subscription and catched her on her free Saturdays live on IG back in March 2020). So hopefully you can see more of me and my Antonella girl, doing the workout with me.
Love you so much!!!
Finally ordered the movement balls! My workouts are about to level up!
Hey loves. How are you all?
Has anyone had experience using toe spacers? If so, may I please hear your experience. I recently purchased this item to focus on toe strength and flexibility. It was said to me that I can train wearing them, since we workout barefoot, I'd like to give it a try. For me, during wide second pile it takes conscious effort to spread my toes and at other times I notice my toes crunch. I'm curious to listen to anyone else's experience.
And Im open to hearing about any other toes/feet strengthening stories or exercises- I'm putting in the effort to build up the arches in my feet since I've recently discovered they are fallen. I'm excited because even though I've been working out with you all for a year, focusing on my feet now it feels like a new experience during the routines.
Thanks! ❤️
Two years ago when my sweet girl Ginger passed, you all were so kind, and it meant the world to me. The last month or so, after adjusting to our move, and getting used to having acerage, we decided it was time to have dogs again. Excited to announce these 3 month old brothers, new members of our fam, and the global fur fam- Sal and Finn! Austrian Cattle Dogs, and such a good fit for our family ❤️🐕❤️
Hi Fam - I have knee arthritis and it’s flaring. The squats in wide second tend to aggravate it. Does anyone happen to have tips on classes with less wide second? I’ll be browsing on my own in the mean time. Thanks!
