Hi All,
I've been doing the M/Body workouts for a while now but I've never posted here, so hi! I'm Marta, originally from Italy, currently living in Zürich, Switzerland.
I joined the Summer of Strong challenge and yesterday I've completed it :) completing the final workout was a beautiful moment that filled me with joy and pride, I even teared up during the reverence.
I had a rather tough year: from burnout to sexual harassment and battling systemic sexism, I felt absolutely powerless. The Summer of Strong challenge reminded me daily that I am strong, I am powerful, I am resilient, I am rooted in myself and no one can ever take this away from me. Thank you Marnie for your incredible positivity and for creating a revitalising challenge, I will be forever grateful 🙏
Happy Monday Fam ☺️ I will admit that I don’t come into the community board as much as I used to and just noticed all the amazing updates! Just wanted to give a shoutout to Marnie, Katelyn and the app team for all their work to constantlyj improve our experience 💕

The bf’s 14-year-old daughter Delainey did the Barbie class with me. This was her first full hour long class!! Woohoo!!

Hey fam! So excited for the month of August. I've been feeling a sense of renewal and good cheer. Today I doubled up on the workouts and I must say, I love the T-swift class even more. I remember how challenging it was when I first time around, and this time everything just clicked, as if my body just knew what to do. So much fun and so joyful! (Thanks Marnie) My younger self would be so proud of the fact I signed up for M/Body and have given myself the chance to learn and grow through dance and fitness!
Also, this week I reached a personal goal of mine, I walked 20,000 steps the other day! Since the challenge began, I decided to walk each day as a meditation and reflection. It's been really rejuvenating overall.
Plus, my spark for interior design has sprung up and I've been redecorating. I believe the wellness activity of cleaning out the cabinets reminded me of how beautiful spaces are good for the soul.
I'm so happy to be here and I'm so grateful for all the love and support you have shown me. It means a lot. I love working out together. I hope you all are well. Love to you all!
