More knockout sweat!!! Those are some of my most favorite classes đ and more cardio dance and recovery flowsâwe havenât had a new one of those in awhile, but I love how energizing and balanced they can be. Like others Iâm also really loving the power sculpt, but I find that Iâve been missing cardio lately too. Themed classes are always great, especially with music eras. It would be so fun to have an 80s classic rock class, a disco class, etc. Just throwing it out there, but I love when we get to sweat AND have fun. So excited to see the curriculum as it evolves this year!

This feels almost silly to ask, but Iâve had my M/ovement ball for four years now (wild!), and I probably use it 3-4 times a week. Is there a âshelf lifeâ for the M/ovement ball and a time we should think about replacing it? Mine is a little misshapen and cracked/discolored in some places, but thatâs just because I use it so much!

**immediately favorites**These power sculpts are SO empowering, holey moley (this one just might be my favorite of all of them). I love all of the M/Body classes, but these in particular make me feel so strong and so capable. This is thoughtfully designed so it's inviting and challenging and FUN, not intimidating or scary, and one to come back to over and over again. More of these in 2025, please!!

11/21 classes done for the fall challenge! While I didnât hit my goal of 15 (traveling and life got in the way!), Iâm still honoring the effort even if itâs not the exact result I wanted đ Excited to âmake upâ some of the classes I missed over the coming weeks. Congrats to all who participated!!

I browse and search by date in the descriptions! Takes a minute, but itâs definitely faster/easier for me personally than clicking on random videos and seeing if I like the âvibeâ đ Iâm sure some people donât have this decision fatigue issue, but Iâve found searching for classes this way really helps me narrow things down and get started working out sooner vs. spending my time trying to find the âperfectâ class. And then the energy of the class sort of aligns with the seasonal vibe, anyway!

Class selection hack + more 60s?
Hi fam! I often feel like I get decision fatigue when it comes to choosing M/Body classes, so just sharing my new system in case it's helpful for any of you: I decide how much time I have for a workout, go into the catalog, find the closest date to a year ago, and then choose that class. Not only does this help me narrow things down, but it also helps me feel like I'm staying in the energy of the current season I'm in (and also helps me find more balance with my left/right legs and bar sides as a bonus). I've really liked picking classes this way, so I hope this helps someone! Also: I know we've started doing more 45s than 60s on Saturdays, but I'm wondering if we could maybe start bringing 60s back more often? I couldn't help but notice as I've started picking classes via the catalog that the number of "new" 60s really started shrinking in 2023, and I'd love if we could start bringing them back more regularly. I could definitely be in the minority here (in which case, ignore me!) but I miss doing them live as often as we used to. Just wanted to mention!

I'm late to this thread, but I'm also 5'0 and have the booty kicker! It can't be adjusted for height, but I haven't had any issues with it; I occasionally have retighten some of the bolts because of how much I use it, but it's pretty low maitenence other than that, and I love the smooth "wood" finish of the bar. I've had it for four years and it's still going strong!
