This is such a special little flow and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it today! Was craving something extra after the amazing 45 /578 Live (which is a beautiful deep burn) and this paired perfectly. This is basically a mini yoga flow, and it feels like a complete short workout instead of "just a stretch." Really sweet and opening. Definitely agree with Monique's comment: this is a great one to do by candelight!

My intention is healthy boundaries! (Maybe “boundaries for health” is a better way to put it? 😅). I have a very demanding job and this summer especially I’ve often found myself compromising my health for the sake of giving more to work. I know that if I fill my own cup, I’ll be much better equipped to handle everything coming my way. Trying hard to give myself a strict bedtime and incorporate 30-minute lunchtime walks as often as I can, and to honor 4-5 M/Body classes a week (I always aim for 200 minutes). But for me, the walks and the strict bedtime is key! If I can get just one more hour of sleep a night, I know I’ll feel so much better 😊

I’m doubling down on my healing hips/anti-sitting class request! (Which I’m positive you’re already working on, but mentioning again just in case 😊). I think it would be so helpful to break up long days at a desk!

Express class request!

Putting this request in after a full day of sitting: could we explore a 10-minute healing hips express class, or a 10-minute express designed to combat long days of sitting? (An anti-sitting class?). I feel like that would be such an amazing/helpful addition to the catalog for those of us at a desk who need a quick break! Thank you!! 💜

I often rotate between 10s and 15s, depending on the moves we do—but that’s because I’ve been doing power sculpts for awhile! I started with 8s, which are great for building a foundation (5s are also awesome to have if 8 is too challenging to do with one arm). A hack I found is also getting some wrist weights in various sizes (1-3 pounds) which is a really nice way to add challenge and customize as you go. It helps me when 10s are too easy but 15s too hard! Easy to add to other weights too, and to use as ankle weights for non-impact classes 😊 and check out Target for weights! Mine are from there and they’re all soft grip rubber—and pretty colors, too!

Such a gorgeous class that I immediately added to my Favorites! Sweat/stretch are some of my favorite classes, and I love how restorative this one feels as a whole: yes, there's some sweat throughout, but it's very low cortisol-charged and gets you back into a sense of grounded flow so beautifully. A killer playlist and message to boot!

Did this one after a long day of sitting and it was a dream come true! This is so unbelievably yummy for the hips, along with innner thighs, glute, and core. While I got sweaty and my heart was pumping, this one was also really therapeutic. A great one for when you need to get warm and open up.

Forgot what a wonderfully grounding and healing class this is. A really good one I definitely want to revisit!

Such a gorgeous end of year class, my goodness! This is going to become a must-play at the end of each year from now on. Beyond grateful for closing out my year 5 times with M/Body at this point, which has been there for me and with me through so many lows, and so many highs. Excited to shed this old year and walk into the light of the new one with everyone here <3
