Did this one after a long day of sitting and it was a dream come true! This is so unbelievably yummy for the hips, along with innner thighs, glute, and core. While I got sweaty and my heart was pumping, this one was also really therapeutic. A great one for when you need to get warm and open up.

Such a gorgeous end of year class, my goodness! This is going to become a must-play at the end of each year from now on. Beyond grateful for closing out my year 5 times with M/Body at this point, which has been there for me and with me through so many lows, and so many highs. Excited to shed this old year and walk into the light of the new one with everyone here <3

Just hopping on to this thread to say THANK YOU for asking this q, Jenny! (And for the link, Katelyn 😊). I got an oura ring for Christmas—so fun!—but the ring hasn’t been able to fully track my M/Body workouts. Hoping a tighter fit with the gloves will help!

Hi Jennifer! My personal tip for this is to keep a small prop nearby—a small pillow or folded blanket to put under your lifted hip. It might take you a second to get into the pose, but that will help keep your bent leg perpendicular to your body while allowing your hips to remain level. Hope that helps!! Xx

Loved loved love this class. So fun and mentally challenging/stimulating with the new and deliciously burn-y barre sequences. I especially loved the mini cardio burst in the last third (I love when we get in an extra cardio dance!) because after all of the deep muscular work, it provides for a release that feels really light and freeing and lets me go into the last section of class feeling energized and refreshed. Much much needed <3

Happy Sunday, gfam! Wanted to share this favorite fall recipe of mine, since I think many of our crew would like it. It's a lentil sweet potato chili that's SUPER flavorful and filling and freezes really well. You can make it totally vegan, but I like to top mine with Greek yogurt and add a squeeze of lemon at the end. Enjoy! xx

Cardio dance is one of my faves, and I would love a slightly longer version that we can do on days when we just want to have fun! I’d also love another new sliders class, or a new recovery flow, since we haven’t had one of those in awhile! Lastly, I LOVE sweat and stretch classes! But all of the classes are so great. Can’t wait to close out the rest of the year with y’all!

Felt so lucky to get to celebrate my 5-year M/Body class with this beautiful sculpt and stretch! M/Body has been with me through so many life changes and transitions, and it has transformed my life in every single way: and it just keeps getting better! Can't wait for all the anniversaries and celebrations and changes to come. Rye was an extra special treat!!
