I'm hitting the road for another tour tomorrow, technically the 8th we leave home. Definitely got some pre road trip nerves after a slow, healing and fiscally tight winter, especially since the car accident in September (which I have been released from physical therapy and back to myself! Woohoo!) So if you're sending out safety and protection thoughts for anyone send some my way too! (And Michael and Julia too because they'll also be hitting the road cross country and we're Playing some shows together in NC and NY!!! All because of this community! Musicians are touring together!!💙🙏) white Light of safety all day long 😅Also, if anyone lives in these towns, come say hi! Would love to hug some East Coast fam! Love yall so much!
Ps. So grateful for this fam getting me strong and up to par, time after time. Definitely wouldn't be doing what I love without this command the support yall have offered me during some of the hardest and darkest times of my life 💙 love yall!

To do dishes or workout…..?

WORKOUT!! It has been a challenge to get to the mat lately, post surgery got me out of my flow and adding in a new work schedule, kids activities and of course colds mixed in there. I truly miss the live classes but my current schedule doesn’t allow me to make it to them. I’m thinking of starting to do my workouts at 5am…. Anyone else a morning person? I need some words of encouragement lol I just love my sleep.

Was unable to do the T.Swift class live and had to save it for when the bf’s daughter could do it with me. We just finished and loved it! She cant wait for the “blue Taylor class.” (Also my cat June wanted in the photo since she sat by us for moral support, so that furry stick like thing is her tail. 😂)

Fiona loves m/body time!

Stressful day, week, month…husband just had a surgery for removal of a melanoma on his scalp today with lymph node biopsy and skin graft from his thigh, awaiting biopsies. Also waiting for the arrival of our first granddaughter due any time in Denver, hoping she waits until next week! Hope to de stress with an M/Body work out tomorrow!

Hello all. I’ve missed this community so much! I was recently diagnosed with a seizure disorder, and I FINALLY got a workout in after about 7 months of not being able to. Not being in control of my body has been one of the greatest obstacles I’ve ever faced, but I’m grateful for the ability to move & flow with Marnie and the community again! My boy Archie even got a stretch in with me. Be in the light, ya’ll! ✨
