Phenomenal women
Lately I’ve been getting bombarded with weight loss ads on YouTube. Google has a feature that lets you see why you are getting an ad, so I clicked it and guess what! It was because my gender is listed as female. I loathe that so much. We know as women we are subject to such strict sociatal standards of what to look like, but to see it in writing was kind of a shock!
So I did the badass women signature 60 (359) today.
Please you beautiful people of this community, your value does NOT depend on how much you weigh or how much fat you have, or where that fat is on your body. You are a beautiful human being and are so precious far far beyond any number!!!

My catalog journey continues…306 classes completed, 92 (oldies) to go + all the new weekly ones. I had to slow down because I was more focused on the goal as opposed to the joy of each workout. Enjoying the journey.
Not sure if the beats will work but…I’m Jones’n for some 60’s British Invasion tunes…think Beatles, Kinks, Animals, Hollies, Donovan, Manfred Mann, Procol Harem (A whiter shade of pale for cool down). I guess I’m showing my age? Perhaps this fall we can have a 60’s Brit theme. Hmmmm

Finally had 30 minutes to get to the mat as I’ve been at my daughter’s house playing with my 4 month old granddaughter and helping my daughter’s transition from maternity leave to going back to work and daycare❤️. I’ll have look for Clara on the lives as a new mini, since my daughter has joined M/Body!
