This is me for at least the next 2 weeks. I am recovering from a burn injury and need to spend my time seated with my leg raised to have any hope of healing without surgery. The physio has said I need to do short burst of normal working to keep things moving but proper work outs are out. Has anyone got any advice on how I can keep my M/BODY sessions going during this time? I am thinking seated adaptations, and upper body work. Argh. Any thoughts appreciated….❤️❤️❤️
5 months in of everyday with M/body. Even if it is 10 min, a meditation, or a full on workout, I have hit the mat. Moving through extraordinary grief is hard, but movement helps. Thank you Marnie for creating this core program. I love that I found this 4 years ago. I love you for all you do. I love this community of support. Peace, love, bugs, and prayers to all. Keep moving, be in the light.
My office/workout area. The kitchen island is a makeshift barre in witch I ca store all my workout clothes and accessories. My closet doors are mirrors...so perfect for my form. This small space is my sanctuary and the vibe is zen and positive. And my fur baby joins in!!!
Saturday’s words hit! I’ve never, ever regretted getting to the mat. Even on the I-don’t-wanna days. Even if it’s 20 minutes. I always feel better.

Mother’s Day is a special time for me each year (not just cause I’m a mama of 3 lovely girls) it is also the time I joined M/Body 3 years ago 🎉
It helps me reflect on all I have accomplished during my journey, M/Body helped me get my body back in shape after 2 babies, helped me recover from abdominal surgery this last fall and not to mention helped me recover emotionally after struggling with postpartum anxiety and post covid anxiety all bubdled together as we got pregnant April 2020. So cheers to life and putting in the work to make each day the best one yet! Thank you Marnie and M/Body community! Xoxo
Missed the live but got to watch this amazing kid dance with her team today instead. I love watching her dance and do M/body with me when she has time. Never stop moving. Dance even if you think you can't. Keep moving. Be in the light!
Movement Ball advice please!
Hello lovely fam! is there anyone out there who doesn’t have a movement ball and they’re using a substitute/next best thing? I’d love to have one but due to shipping into the UK,I’ve been making do with a pilates ball but I’m a bit fed up with it now,it’s too squishy! It doesn’t hold firm when standing on it or when we are on all fours and we’re meant to have it under our knee. Can anyone suggest an alternative that’s working for them please?thank you so much in advance💗Lots of love xxx
