I donโt want to speak too soon but Iโve done 3 out of 3 so far with the challenge a week after Covid. Iโm so surprised Iโve managed these days and not felt tired, but energised!
Does anyone use my fitness pal? I started using it because I wanted to log my fibre intake and I noticed how little protein I actually eat without realising.
Low protein can lead to poor recovery after exercise (an issue for me) and also worse viral infections. I had a terrible dose of Covid, both my kids were fine and I was just awful. Totally traumatised.
So Iโm now tracking fibre and protein and I canโt believe how much better I feel!
So if anyone is struggling with tiredness or poor recovery it might be worth looking at protein. X
I was thinking I might not be able to join but luckily my body has been craving movement so today was awesome!!

Happy Day TWO of the challenge everyone!
Iโm super impressed by the dedicatation everyone has expressed for the challenge. As well as the beautiful words and encouragement many of you have shared!
Every part of me wants to commit to the full 60 days, but part of this season for me is learning to listen and honor my body, and the new life that is being formed inside of it.
So Iโm going to do the 45 day challenge instead and am committed to giving myself lots of grace along the way.
Iโm sure many of you can relate to how being 25 weeks pregnant REALLY makes you aware of your body and itโs needs ๐.
However instead of being discouraged by the changes in energy or size, Iโm so hoping to cultivate an attitude of gratitude during this challenge for my body, and the amazing work it is doing!

In honor of day 2, I release the fear of fear and anxiety haunting me. I'm giving my nervous system a break and I thank my body for keeping my safe. It's time to give back to my body break from the anxious thoughts and embrace the love.
