I took this photo last April because this little plant reminded me of the affirmation Marnie shared back then and again today. 🙂

That moment of complete restoration and comfort when the words of reflection and mediation at the end of the workout is exactly what you need to hear right then in that moment. I don’t always watch the videos in order (picking and choosing my favorite workouts) but I love it when it seems to be just the perfect fit, even months after the workout was initially recorded and posted.

Palm Springs getaway with my siblings and sweet mama meant I could do the 9am live from the yoga doggy room! Couldn’t get a workout shot but it was the perfect way to start the day! 🧘‍♀️🐕😎

She’s been looking forward to Wednesday’s class since Saturday’s class 🤍

I love the no equipment workouts because while everyone else has been skiing in Colorado, I’ve been able to work out 3 different days while on vacay🥰

Had a great moment with my 9 year old while hiking the Grand Canyon today 💙 If you ever get the chance to visit DO IT!! We both had our phones out taking pictures along the way- his phone isn’t actually a phone but he’s able to take photos on it. I told him to get the photos but also take time to just ENJOY the beauty around us!! We saw so many people putting themselves in horribly dangerous situations out on cliffs for “the Insta shot “ I’m personally not a fan of social media because of these situations- among other things! But I verbalize my sentiments towards social media and my son asked “Well Mommy what about Marnie’s social media you do?” So I explained to him that Marnie created our very own special space that only we can go as part of the M/Body fam… he replied “Oh yeah that makes a lot of sense! I like that!” Smart guy😊 Anyway felt proud of this community and how much it’s always an impact on my life even when I’m not on the mat ❣️💪✨

I’ve been a little absent lately, wisdom teeth surgery, other major life events, but I could use some love and positive vibes. I haven’t been able to make it to the mat and probably won’t for a little longer and I just need a good positive mental distraction and some familiar faces.

Had no idea the colors for women’s month were green and purple, was catching up on the women’s day workout I missed and smiled when Marnie mentioned it - I had embodied this without knowing 🤍it made me smile so I wanted to share 💜

Just got back from traveling and this workout felt SO good after longs flights. Thankful to be back to this routine that gives me so much life.
