I really loved what Marnie was saying at the beginning of Sunday's live about this space. I had never actually felt like putting myself out there in a community chat until this platform of M/Body began. It feels comfortable being with you virtually and It makes me feel really good that I can pop in and type this right now. I really treasure this and everyone in our M/B Fam. And, I have to miss the Live today (sigh). xo
I usually have log off of the app and log back in and then go to the website and text myself a link and then open it from my phone to get connected with live. It usually works after several attempts. I’m grateful that I can mirror this from my phone to my tv. Does anyone else have issues connecting live and/or helpful strategies to get connected to easier?
Hi Fam! Hope you all are having a nice weekend! I had a random thought in the shower, (where all great thinking happens lol) must have just been replaying the day and thinking of our live today, and then I started to remember one of my fav movies back in the day. Does anyone remember the movie Save The Last Dance?! I haven’t seen it in ages but I do remember being in awe of all the dance moves and music! And then I was thinking how fun it would be dance to some of those songs during an M/Body sweat sesh! Just an idea, I may be all alone in it, but wanted to throw it out there! All or Nothing by Athena Cage and of course True Colors such good songs and makes me think of M/Body ❤️🥰 Much love to you all!
I was so happy to be back today!!! I miss the fam, Marnie's great vibe and all the sweat!! After 10 days without workout this one kick my ass ! And i like it!!! 🫣😊😃

Hi All!! Due to the weather and continued power outages in Los Angeles we have to move today’s class to tomorrow Sunday 2/26 at 10am PT. We can’t wait to sweat with you then! Xo!
Anyone else feel like they’d really benefit from a ‘notes to self’ section with each workout so we can leave instructions for our future selves? I always forget things like which workouts I can do in my kitchen (with counter top barre) and which need the living room mirror because I know my posture’s off - stuff that’s only for me. If I could make a note of it, I wouldn’t end up doing silly things like donkey kicking the trash can because I’d know for a particular workout I need lots of room or whatever. Just a thought.
