Hi Fam, so wonderful to read all of your goals, here are mine:

  1. Complete all 60Days of the challenge, as proof that I can do it and as a commitment to myself.

  2. Finish 3 courses in my seminar for work and pass the exam

Hi Fam! 6 months ago I stopped to train because I was very stresses because my job began impossible. Iโ€™m also a mother of a teenager with special needs and I felt so exhausted that everything was hard to do. I ignored by soul and my body eating too much, and without training I forgotten my body.

Now Iโ€™m back and my only goal is to be connected and donโ€™t loose me in the troubles.

I begin with 30 days, to restore a good habit and stay with me. Even if sometimes it hurts. So, day 1 and 2 are done!

Ps I know: my English is ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซโ€ฆ Iโ€™m an Italian 48 yeas woman who studied English 20 years ago๐Ÿ˜…so be patient with me๐Ÿ˜‚

Hi everyone! Iโ€™m excited for this Challenge and seeking balance amidst lots of ongoing changes. Iโ€™m aiming to complete at least 45 workouts and all 60 Wellness activities (mentally gearing up for that celery water chug).

My 3 Goals during these next two months are:

  1. Go just a little longer before pressing the pause button on videos when I need a break, sip of water, or to re-tie my hair back (go even just one more set of 8).

  2. Explore getting lower in wide second while still honoring my sensitive knees.

  3. Venture a little further beyond my comfort zone to interact and socialize more (in my newer neighborhood as more people are outside and mingling and in my upcoming new job).

Hoping this Challenge feels like an invigorating, re-focusing, and supportive guide for anyone participating! Itโ€™s not intended to add shame or guilt to your inner dialogue, so letโ€™s not give that precious real estate. ๐Ÿฉต

My goal is to up my current workout schedule from 2 classes per week to 4, completing 30 classes in 60 days.

To continue to build strength and endurance back post baby #3.

To eat healthier and kick some of the โ€œbadโ€ but oh so tasty eating habits I started while pregnant.

Letโ€™s do this!

I am committing to doing the challenge starting tomorrow up until July 20... after it's vacation time!!! But I will definitely continue my journey during my vacation and beyond that. My daily goals are : 1. Step on the mat with the intention to listen to my body. 2. Do a minimum of 10 minutes of yoga/ meditation. 3. Always living life with intention.

Iโ€™m planning for the 60 days, but giving myself the freedom to mix days as needed! Here are my 3 goals that I will also work on during the challenge! M/body always helps to keep me aligned to these goals but I want to be more intentional about them over the next 60 days to set more intuitive habits!

  1. To be more present on the mat and off

  2. Reduce social media/scrolling

  3. Take my vitamins each day

  4. Practice gratitude each day

  5. Meditate daily (even 2 mins of breathing!)

I want to release:

  1. People pleasing

  2. Stress over situations out of my control

  3. Negative self talk/self judgement

I'm committing to doing at least 45 days! I'm taking a two week vacation during the challenge but I will sneak in the short workouts.ย 

Goal 1: Work toward plank on toes! (This came up in the live and I second!)

Goal 2: Integrate high impact options more often.

Goal 3: Pause to do breath work and/or journal 3-5 times per week.

I am also going to reduce my screen time and read more, especially before bed!

So excited for summer of strong and the opportunity to commit to more days than usual since I'm on summer break from teaching - going for all 60 but with grace in there as I'm also home with my kids๐Ÿ˜œ and the last week is school starting! I just want to celebrate making it to the mat each time- no matter how good I feel during and after, it's a constant struggle to get myself to begin.
