Posting my challenge board, stuck to 30/60 of the official board workouts and wellness activities! This round was interesting for me because I was balancing being back in the office 2-3 days a week and other IRL workouts. Still so proud that I met my goal of M/BODY workouts each week and am grateful that this community still is here after more than 3 years 😍

Just popping on the board to say congrats and hello to the challenge completers out there! It has been a long time since I’ve been active in the community and I have missed it immensely!
You did it! I will catch you for the next one, but first, I wanna celebrate with you! 💚🥂💜

My goal was 45 and I managed to do 57!! I really listened to my body and didn't push too hard but was so excited to see myself evolving and strengthening along the way! 🥰

First of all, can I say how awesome it is to see everyone’s boards! I’m so impressed with everyone!
This challenge was a practice in being flexible for me. I didn’t complete nearly as many days as I usually do. As an educator, I had the summer off, and this year decided to spend it traveling to visit friends I hadn’t seen in a while for a good portion of it. My fiancé and I are also planning a little backyard wedding/elopement for October, and so I really had to challenge myself to accept that I wasn’t going to “finish” this challenge completing a full 60 days. Other things take priority sometimes, and that’s ok! I still made space for myself and completed what I could. For all my type-A over achievers, I just want to let you all know that I totally see you, and know how hard it is to “let go.” I’m proud of everyone here… made it to 42 days which overall ain’t bad! Sending everyone love, especially my educator friends headed back to the classroom! Here we go! ❤️

Tonight during Healing Hips 307 I found myself in the lowest goddess position I have ever been. There is so much more to explore, but in that moment I was in awe of my flexibility and wanted to share my achievement with all of you!!!

Congrats to everyone that finished their challenege! So proud of all you badass warriors!!! You Rock!

Last challenge, I completed 49/60. This time, I beat it and did 50/60, even w no air conditioning, a 2 week vacation and a full time job!
But prioritizing movement has been the key to my mental health this year and I will continue to do so.
Grateful for this platform and how I always feel like $1,000,000 after the workouts.
See you soon for the live!

60 day challenge complete!! Did all the days though I can’t get it shown in the picture! This challenge was a challenge. I have never been more creative with where I have done M/Body…all over outside, on vacation, on a deck looking out to a lake, family’s homes. It was a time to tune in though and because of that I made it happen! Loved it! I will say I started paying less attention to the activity of the day which tells me this is where my challenge is. I can commit to movement but time and care for self is harder. This is where my focus needs to be now. Really taking time to slow down and be mindful. Healing is a forever journey. I’m happy what i gained with this challenge! ❤️👊🏼🧘‍♀️
