I LOVE challenges. They just make me feel so strong and accomplished. I’m so proud of all of us for sticking through it!!! I also love jumping around and filling it out like a bingo board 😂❤️

I had to take almost a full week off due to a strained neck, then missed a couple during a busy week! 22/30 ain’t bad though!

24/30 - Coming from a head space of, "I have to prove myself and do it all," revealed my insecurity. A part of me thinks I'm not good enough and it's a lie. Every challenge I've completed, I did it all. This time I challenged myself to slow down and be with those thoughts and feelings and to nurture them, instead of work harder. More work didn't bring me fulfillment, it was acceptance of who I am truly. It was love ❤️

Another challenge in the books!! I absolutely thrive when we have a challenge. I love when I get to the gym and don’t need to think about what I’m going to do. It is already set and ready!
To be honest, I didn’t complete the wellness activities. This is something I am finding that I struggle with the most and I’m not sure why. I know that it is important, but I don’t seem to prioritize it as I do as getting to the gym. I think I need to focus on the wellness part of the challenge, now that the exercise part is done. I just need a swift kick in the rear to get myself to do it!! lol!

Feeling great about accomplishing 28 times at the mat + wellness activities! Thank you for all the inspiration- this is normally a busy time of year I would shy away from "extra" commitment, but it's been so mentally and physically helpful making it almost to the end of the school year :)
