Hey everyone! My goals are largely about reconnecting with my artistic side! Any other artists on here?

(And drinking less! Definitely let that escalate in the pandemic. Feel very embarassed to share, but putting it out there for anyone else who can relate!)

Kicking off Day #4 w/ lemon water (fresh lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper & turmeric) although my 5 year old has taken all the mason jars to make “potions” (now filled w/ food coloring, glitter, cinnamon, and soap) so chugging from a regular glass. ❤️

I journaled my smart goals last night and sharing them here- hopefully it’s legible. Cheers to each of you as you continue your journey! 💪

Cheers to the women-owned and operated M/Body on International Women’s Day (as Daniela pointed out in her post on the app yesterday)! I posted on FB but I know not everyone uses that platform.

Hey Fam, I know this community space is awesome for those not on social but I do love following M/BODY gals on IG to stay motivated. I know I’ve found a lot of you but feel free to share your IG handles here so I can follow and cheer on more of you. I’m @whitlikesfit.

I don’t want to speak too soon but I’ve done 3 out of 3 so far with the challenge a week after Covid. I’m so surprised I’ve managed these days and not felt tired, but energised!

Does anyone use my fitness pal? I started using it because I wanted to log my fibre intake and I noticed how little protein I actually eat without realising.

Low protein can lead to poor recovery after exercise (an issue for me) and also worse viral infections. I had a terrible dose of Covid, both my kids were fine and I was just awful. Totally traumatised.

So I’m now tracking fibre and protein and I can’t believe how much better I feel!

So if anyone is struggling with tiredness or poor recovery it might be worth looking at protein. X
