My goal this week is to join a live.

Also, wanted to say I was apprehensive about the length of today’s 60 minute class, and was thinking about switching it to something shorter. I am so glad I didn’t! This class gave me so much energy. I forgot about the loss of sleep.

I really enjoyed the mental challenge of holding weights while doing moves I am familiar with. It made me focus on my body in a new/fun way. This class will be added to favorites. Thank you, Marnie! From Burbank CA

Loved today’s class so much! Was a little clumsy with the side move (where we lift the front leg then stretch the other back), but am excited to see the progress I’ll make as time goes on.

I was so excited about the winter challenge, but fell off and gave up after a few days and gained 10 pounds instead. A few months before that I was working out an hour or two a day for 4 months straight. (Was gifted an Apple Watch and was obsessed with closing my rings)

So here I am trying to find a healthy balance between the two, and finding a rhythm that will sustain me. Aiming for the full 60, but will give myself grace if I miss a few days.

Loved the leg lift and leg inversion work. I also love the positive words you share at the end. I struggle to accept myself and your words make me want to try, and not give up. I am so glad I found this community. Very grateful for it.
