Happy 30 days into the challenge y’all! I think this is my first challenge I’m actually doing all the way through because I just have the time/energy right now and I’m having a lot of fun! I don’t go in order, I just pick whatever length/intensity works for me that day and write it down to keep track until I collect them all :) can’t wait to sweat with y’all for the next 30! <3
of all the 80hundredmillion mbody challenges i've done this one has been the most....challenging. my heart n brain have been struggle-bussin for i don't even know how long (time is a weird soup). so i'm grateful this challenge came when it did to give me something positive to focus on and to do for myself. i'm proud of myself for 30 days complete. 30 more - it will be done! <3
With my minis by the pool side, taken by my sweet husband. It was the first time for our two months old daughter to dip in the pool ☺️, followed by some delicious matcha for dessert. I wish everyone a summer full of wonderful memories!
